Final minutes of expert meeting ‘Implementation of the treatment strategy’, 24-26 June 2013

About the meeting

As part of the implementation of its treatment data collection strategy, the EMCDDA organised a technical meeting on the 24-26 June 2013 in Lisbon which was attended by experts from twelve National Focal Points, observers from the EU-project Correlation network, from Linnaeus University in Goteborg, Sweden, and by the consultants in charge of the IBS-project 'Development of a methodological toolkit for the estimation of the number of people in drug treatment'.

The objectives of the meeting were a) to discuss the revised guidelines for TDI prevalence and the implementation of data collection; b) to present progress on the estimation toolkit; c) to discuss and adopt a model European facility survey questionnaire and to plan a pilot study in interested Member States.
