Meeting on drug consumption facilities with Portuguese partners

The objective of this meeting is to get an update on the implementation of the Portuguese project and to explore possible ways for cooperation between the EMCDDA and Portuguese partners – General-Directorate for Intervention on Addictive Behaviours and Dependencies (SICAD), Lisbon City Hall and the Division of Intervention on Addictive Behaviours and Dependencies (DICAD).
